Undeveloped land brain storming

I bought about five acres of undeveloped land on the opposite end of the country, in S.C. The long term plan is to move there and build a house when the misses and I retire from the military in about 4 ish years. I am trying to think of ideas of what I can do so I might get some return out it until then. Thanks in advance.

Mostly wooded, with some open area about an hour from Charleston, SC on one of the Barrier Islands.

The only utility is electricity.

I briefly saw the pic you had here yesterday, being that close to a neighbor not sure what sort of acivity you could get away with. No idea if zoning/HOA is a thing too, but there are those considerations.

Check with your county, HOA and insurance before you do anything. To be honest, if you are planning on building in a few years, I would get started on putting in your septic and well .

What is the zoning for the area? Is it strictly residential or mixed use? If allowed, land lease to a cattle farmer is easy as the tenant is responsible for almost everything.
