btw....I am continually updating the itinerary with confirmed meeting locations, times, websites and so forth...

just hit on the time of event and a new window will pop up with the information.

This preliminary itinerary will be confirmed final come Wednesday next week.

Is there a way to format it so if we print it out, it has the information for each item showing? If not, I am happy to create a document with each day laid out with information so that it can be printed.

as far as we can tell, i don't think there's a way to do that...

so if you have the time, please do create an outline that everyone can use/see about each event.
