Just an update from our compatriots in Libya as I wouldn't want anyone here with management tendencies to miss out on a deal. No pay mentioned but I'm confident it's suitable in light of the line pilot rates given and may be a chance to get in on the ground floor of what could be a start up:
Outside the US pay has very little to do with AC size or type. You could say wide body pilots are underpaid in the US as they work for European ATR wages.
I know pilots flying a PC12 that make about as much as a 777/A330 pilot. Salary has more to do with location, company and type of operation. I doubt anybody flying for an airline in Northern Africa has to sleep in a crash pad, or commute half across the country.
