Aerosim flight instructor interview?

I have a PHONE interview with Aerosim next Thursday and really don't have a clue what to expect. I want to study and be prepared, but I really don't know where to start. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!!

I was delivering some radios up there the other day, they had a pretty nice looking campus. Very good looking airplanes too. Looked like a busy operation for sure. I have never applied or interviewed with them.

I did an interview with them about 6 months ago and got the job offer but had to decline due to other things going on. It was a very laid back interview with a check pilot and i believe her name in Brittany? They are going to ask you some very simple questions that you should know as an instructor about FAR Part 91 Regs and then they will go into the situational questions and are basically looking for good judgement and ADM. Overall just be yourself and you will do fine. Good Luck in Standardizations I've heard it is a fun couple weeks....(sarcasm)
