Hi there,

I am looking for someone to share time to build about 200hours or close in 30 days or so, and if we are on schedule, I might be able to build another 200 hours in the following 30days. I can do this from August 2015 onwards.

Currently looking to time build in a Single Engine (eg. C172), we can split by PIC and under hood. I haven't flown in a while due to work and the lack of opportunity overseas. However I have been practicing my IFR on simulator; thus it will be great if you are up to date with flying. If you are not a CFII, will get my IPC and currency done before meeting so that we can focus on XC time build.

I am open to any proposal and hope to build the time at about $50 wet per person per hour and of course the lower the better.

As I haven't done this before, please let me know if it is feasible.

Have access to a c172 willing to split sometime and rent a room to the time builder out of phoenix az
 
You may be interested in Rapid Time Building:

Rapid Time Building is an informal, non-profit group of pilots who need to rapidly build flight time.

Time Building slots are currently available in the following aircraft:

Cessna 150J: $80 per hour wet.

Grumman AA5-B Traveler: $99 per hour wet.

The aircraft are based in Orange County, NY, 1:12 by bus from New York City. Pilots may rent their own furnished bedroom in a house within walking/biking distance to the airport: a car is not needed. Currently, two rental houses are available for pilots: one house is reserved for women. Housing is $600 per month. A spare room in each house is reserved for Flight Instructors.

There is no formal membership or dues; however, the purpose of the organization is to allow pilots to rapidly build flight time and priority is given to pilots who need to build 50 to 100+ hours per month. Pilot/housemates may share aircraft rental and build flight time together, with one pilot acting as a safety pilot.

Flight instruction is available from independent Flight Instructors, who typically charge $20 per hour.

Rapid Time Building receives advisement from two professional pilots; one is a B737 Airline Captain and the other is a GIV Corporate Captain.

If you're willing to travel to central Kansas, I've got access to a piper Cherokee for 80 per hour wet, I'd be willing to split it with you

still looking? i'm interested in building some hours... let me know. i'm interested specially in night flying since it will be a more difficult requirement as job progresses...
