As the title states, I'm looking for a reputable A&P who can do a pre-purchase inspection for me on a 70s Decathlon in East Houston. If you've got any leads or suggestions I'm all ears!

Try calling up Debbie Rihn-Harvey's school in La Porte, TX. She has some Citabria/ Decathlons in her school as well as a maintenance facility.
