In the process of finalizing my lease for a 3 BDRM townhouse. Looking for two roommates at $425/400 a month. 15 min drive to/from campus, pretty new building with an attached 2 stall garage. The $425 covers all utilities including high speed internet/cable with a spot in the garage. The $400 is w/o the spot in the garage. Move in would be the last week of December, or first week of January.
