I have ocd, major depression, general anxiety disorder, and delusional disorder. I plan to be on sertraline. any feedback would be helpful.

While Zoloft (Sertraline) is allowed by the FAA it does carry a requirement for extra evaluation. Initially you should decide whether you wish to discontinue the use of the SSRI, or continue the medication. Please look at the following link:

https://www.faa.gov/ame_guide/media/SSRI_Decision_Path-I.pdf

If you elect to discontinue the medication you must wait 60 days before applying for regular issuance.

If you continue the medication you should follow this link:

https://www.faa.gov/ame_guide/media/SSRI_Decision_Path-II.pdfPlease note that evaluations for airmen on SSRI medication are done by a special examiner called a HIMS AME, so you would need to schedule your exam with a HIMS AME. A list of HIMS AME providers is below:

Finally a link with an overview of the process:

https://www.faa.gov/about/office_or...process/exam_tech/item47/amd/antidepressants/

Please let me know if you have any questions.
