Bottom of the list
I will say, for all that FSI had it’s flaws, overall it was significantly better than the average 135 “fill out this written test while I'm in a meeting and we’ll squeeze in your ride before the daily conference call at noon” training program and I will give my previous employer the credit they are due for using the sim centers almost exclusively. One of the joys of a small 135 shop was “well since you have an ATP we’ll stuff you through SimCom recurrent instead of initial and figure the rest out later” lol. Made the 293 and 297 checks in the airplane with the FSDO POI really exciting running a worn out /45 or BE9L. I don’t miss those days
